  It was late Friday night and my furnace had no power. Tried resetting circuit breaker and power directly to furnace, but no luck. I called a major heating and ac company, the previous one that serviced my furnace 4 weeks ago, and they had nothing available until the morning. I have 2 kids under 3 yrs old and cannot wait when 30 degrees outside. I called JNJ and they had Mark Wagner out within 90 minutes. He diagnosed, corrected and reviewed other furnace saving tips that I never heard from the other companies. His thorough inspection and candid support immediately shifted my loyalty to JNJ for now and future servicing. Thank you Mark and JNJ!
