  What a great environment to train in! I just signed up for my second year here! Never been stronger or felt better! This is the only gym I have committed to working out this consistently and it is because of the knowledgeable coaches, diversity of their workouts and the relationships they build with their clients!

  I can't say enough good things about LGN! As someone who was new to strength training this was the perfect place for me. What I love about LGN is the emphasis on correct form and technique. You're in a group class but it feel like you are in a one on one session because the instructors are constantly monitoring, correcting, and modifying things for you. After moving to a different city to go to school I was extremely disappointed with other "crossfit" locations I went to, they just didn't compare in regards to safety and effectiveness.
