  We went there 3 weeks ago after going to all other pet stores in the area (even a closer Pet smart to our house) and was beyond presently surprised. This was the 1st and only place that anyone approached my husband and myself for any assistance (we literally went to 10 other pet stores in the area). The guy that helped us was super helpful in picking out a hamster (yes, a hamster). What I mean is- I really liked the way "Russian hamsters look" and he showed us a breed that looks just the same but has a much nicer deminor (winter white hamster- we named him Walter). He went above and beyond to help us pick out a hamster (he seemed to care not only about us but for the animals well being). I feel horrible that I don't remember the guys name that helped us but he was awesome. Young, dark hair and with a piercing in his face (in a good way-i don't know how else to describe). He was awesome, promote him, give him a raise.
