  I am so happy that I went with universal carpet when I needed to get all of the carpeting replaced in my newly purchased home! Larry was fantastic to work with!! He answered all of my questions with patience and honesty.
  
  The pricing was extremely fair, and I was so impressed with the install team. We just had the house painted and there were no needed touch ups after the carpet install, which was a great surprise.
  
  I have referred them to others and will continue to, as well as use them again in the future for all my flooring needs!!

  Cary and Larry were both very helpful in deciding on the type of carpet to install. The whole process went very smoothly, with no delays. Jake and Josh, where on time and did a great job installing the new carpet and kept the seams to a minimum, ( a little difficult in my upstairs with the way it's laid out ). They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My wife and I are very happy with everything. I would surely recommend Cary and his team to any friends in the future.

  Everyone at Universal was amazing! I almost made the mistake of having carpet installed by one of the "big box" stores, but after reading reviews online I decided to go with a local company - UNIVERSAL. We are incredibly happy with our carpeting and the installation was absolutely top notch. GO WITH UNIVERSAL.
