  I went in this morning to do my emissions test and I had a horrible time here. The guy that took care of me was very nice and did his job perfectly but the manager or whoever was in charge today was a total jerk. A lady came in for a 19.99 oil change because she had received a coupon in the mail. The guy who talked to her said that her coupon wasn't valid and she got a little upset so he went to talk to the manager and he said it was fine that they would do it because of the coupon. So the guy walked back to the front and told the lady that they could do it, since he had gotten the okay to do the oil change he began to offer the free service checks that came with an oil change when all of the sudden the manager yells fryt?om the back room, "shut your mouth". He repeated it about 4 times before the employee heard but by then several customers had heard him. He got mad at the employee for offering the free services that come with the oil change they offer, he said "she's only paying 19.99 for the oil change and that's all she's getting." She did not say anything. They sent out those coupons so why the problem first of all and secondly, why yell at your employees in front of your customers. I have worked customer service and that would not fly with my supervisors. That is the worse manager-employee relationship I have ever seen. If he says that in public, I wonder what he must say in private to them. Very disappointed and I will never go back here. If I could give you no stars, I would.
